“Committing to Change: Exploration of Sustainability Efforts at Sacred Heart Cathedral”

Description

This project was inspired by changing technology and implications for the environment. This Capstone offers suggestions for the community to consider to increase sustainability through daily unplugs, digital cleaning and movement to solar panels.

“St. John’s College High School Parmenie Walk”

Description

This project builds on the Cohort IV Parmenie Walk Capstone project from St. John’s College High School. This project was designed for faculty and staff members to participate in a semesterly “Parmenie Walk” with a fellow colleague where they can build community, reflect with one another on successes and challenges while remaining focused on the Lasallian mission at St. John’s College High School.

“Central Catholic Lasallian Initiation Program (CCLIP)”

Description

This project focuses on the development of a redesigned Central Catholic Lasallian Initiation Program (CCLIP) that expands the current one-year introduction into a three-year faculty formation program. The goal of this initiative is to provide new teachers with a deeper and more intentional understanding of the Lasallian charism, the history and mission of Central Catholic High School, and the educational tradition of the De La Salle Christian Brothers.

“Need for Lasallian Instructional Coaching”

Description

This project recommends the creation of a Lasallian Instructional Coach — a non-evaluative, veteran-teacher-led role that integrates instructional coaching with Lasallian mission formation. This position strengthens teachers, improves student outcomes, deepens mission fidelity, and enhances long-term sustainability and enrollment growth.
