The annual gathering of Lasallian educators of the Lasallian Region of North America that focuses on innovative educational issues and a changing variety of themes related to Lasallian education and the schools. It is open to faculty and staff from all Lasallian ministries and includes major addresses, breakout sessions, seminars, and the like.

This 1997 document by Br. John Johnston, FSC, provides the foundational understanding of what it means to be part of a “Shared Mission” in Lasallian schools that are part of the Lasallian charism.
The Twelve Virtues of a Good Teacher
This is a small booklet providing a classic reflection on 12 Virtues for a Good Teacher that St. John Baptist de La Salle listed in one of his texts. Brother Agathon’s exposition on each virtue has endures through the centuries and remains very relevant even today. Along with a printed booklet version, it is also available online at this link.
Br. Miguel Febres Cordero, FSC
A short biography about the Ecuadorian saint, Br. Miguel Febres Cordero, FSC, who was canonized in 1984.
Brother Miguel was a gifted teacher from the start and a diligent student. Despite high academic honors, teaching remained his first priority, especially his classes in religion and for the young men he prepared for first communion. His students admired his simplicity, his directness, his concern for them, and the intensity of his devotion to the Sacred Heart and the Virgin Mary.
Br. Mutien-Marie Wiaux, FSC
A short biography about the French saint, Br. Mutien Marie Wiaux, FSC.
Brother Mutien was not only an effective teacher of music and art and a vigilant prefect in the school yard, he was also a catechist in the nearby parish and a tremendous influence on the students by his patience and evident piety.
